Filter Belt

1. Cold-resistant filter belt:

 polyester canvas is used as core, and masking rubber is used as a combination of natural rubber and cis-butadiene rubber. It has the characteristics of high elasticity, impact resistance and cold resistance. It can be used normally at minus 40 C.

2. Heat resistant filter belt:

mainly used for filtering high temperature materials, 80 C < temperature <18O C. According to the primary manifestation of the ability to withstand tropical damage, different heat-resistant grades, EPDM or styrene-butadiene rubber are selected as masking glue, high-strength polyester canvas is selected for skeleton data, heat-resistant glass cloth is laid between masking glue and skeleton layer, and heat-resistant pure rubber layer is selected for drainage hole to block the skeleton from high temperature. Damage makes the number of heat resistant filter belt greatly improved.

3. Oil-resistant filter belt:

The masking glue uses high acrylonitrile-acrylonitrile-butadiene-acrylonitrile-acrylonitrile-acrylonitrile-acrylonitrile-acrylonitrile-acrylonitrile-acrylonitrile-acrylonitrile-acrylonitrile-acrylonitrile-acrylonitrile- It is suitable for filtering, oily materials and touching various working oils. It has the advantages of low volume change rate, high strength and wide application range.

4. Acid and alkali resistant filter belt:

suitable for working environment with acid and alkali touch, such as: phosphate fertilizer production, alumina industry, catalyst (4A zeolite) and other professions. The masking rubber has better acid and alkali resistance than chloroprene rubber by blending rubber and plastics and filling the lazy data with excellent acid and alkali resistance. The selection of skeleton material is made of polyester canvas, and the acid and alkali function of the surface cloth canvas is more reliable. Pure glue is used in drainage hole to prevent acid and alkali solution from entering the filter belt through layers, thus layering the filter belt and reducing the service life of the filter belt.
