Cold Resistant Conveyor belt

Features:

The belt uses EP canvas,nylon canvas or cotton canvas as carcass,cover rubber selects a blend of Nature rubber and Butadiene rubber,which has the properties of excellent elasticity,shock resistance,cold resistance,etc.It can work normally under the conditions of -60℃.

Application：

Suitable for conveying materials outdoors in cold region or refrigeration storage,etc.

EP800/4-1200-6+2 C1

>EP: Fabric designation

>800/4: belt’s longitudinal breaking strength 800N/mm

        4 plies of EP fabric

>1200: Belt width in mm

>6+2：Top and bottom cover gauges( Thickness)

>C1:Cold Resistant -45℃ to +50℃

Technical Data:

The cold resistant conveyor belt is divided into two classes,C1 and C2:

1) C1 class belt is applicable to environment temperature from -45℃ to +50℃.

2) C2 class belt is suitable for environment temperature from -60℃ to +50℃.
